    no two sessions are the same. we meet wherever you are that day — emotionally, energetically, physically — and follow what you’re ready for. everything unfolds with care, softness, and deep respect for your pace.

  • not at all. you’ll be fully guided, moment by moment. all you need is curiosity and the willingness to be with yourself.

  • each session begins with a short check-in, where I listen to how you’re arriving and what’s present for you. from there, I intuitively guide you through breathwork — the anchor of my work — and may bring in reiki, crystals or guided rest if it feels aligned. we move at your rhythm, always creating a safe, supported space together.

  • yes — beautifully. all my sessions are currently held online, and breathwork translates incredibly well to the virtual space. you just need a quiet spot to lie down and a device with internet.

  • wear something comfortable and find a quiet space where you can lie down undisturbed. a blanket, water, and headphones can be helpful if we’re working online (which we currently are). I’ll guide you through the rest.

  • some people feel energy moving through the body — like warmth, tingling or a sense of release. others feel emotional shifts, spaciousness or deep calm. your experience is always valid, and there's no right or wrong way to feel.

  • that depends on your needs and intentions. some people come weekly, others monthly or during moments of change. we’ll feel into what’s right for you.

  • you don’t need to have it all figured out. breathwork often brings clarity just through presence. I’ll hold space for whatever wants to emerge, without pressure or expectation.
