breathwork is a simple but powerful practice that uses conscious breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with yourself.
it might sound like “just breathing” — but it’s more like giving your system space to exhale, reset, and open from the inside out. through a specific breath pattern, we access layers of emotion, clarity, and intuition that words alone don’t always reach. it’s a practice that invites not just softness, but also deep empowerment, helping you come home to your own inner strength and knowing.
I’m currently deepening my studies in this work through the lineage of David Elliott, guided by Michelle Baker, and it’s been life-changing. this approach is intuitive, heart-led, and centered around trusting the body’s wisdom.

each session begins with a short check-in, where we talk about how you’re feeling and what you’d like to focus on. I then guide you through a conscious breathing pattern — usually done lying down — while holding space for whatever arises, whether it's physical sensations, emotions, or insights.
we move at your pace. I may use music, gentle verbal guidance, and intuitive tools like Reiki or crystals to support the process. there’s no right or wrong way to breathe, just an invitation to explore what your body wants to express and release.
after the active breathing, we take time to ground and integrate, so you leave the session feeling supported, centered, and more connected to yourself.
