it’s a gentle experience, you might simply be lying down, eyes closed, but beneath the surface, the energy is moving, releasing what no longer serves you and nourishing what’s ready to grow. reiki can help ease tension, quiet the mind, and create space for emotional and energetic healing.

as a reiki master, I offer sessions for those who want to receive this work, and I also teach for those who feel called to learn and share it. my approach is intuitive, heart-led, and rooted in deep trust of the body’s wisdom. whether you come to reiki for relaxation, clarity, or transformation, it’s an invitation to reconnect with your own inner light.

what you might be wondering…

  • a reiki session with me lasts about 60 minutes and is a gentle, immersive experience. we start with a short check-in, so I can get a sense of where you are and what you’d like support with that day. from there, I’ll guide you through a short meditation to help you arrive fully in the moment, followed by a chakra scan to tune into your energy.

    the heart of the session is the reiki itself, a time for you to simply rest while I channel healing energy through light touch or hovering hands. if we’re working together online, the energy flows just as powerfully across distance. this is your space to release, restore, and receive whatever your whole being is ready for.

    when the reiki portion is complete, I’ll gently guide you back. we can have a quick check-in to share what came up, or I can leave you in your “reiki bubble” if you’d prefer to stay in that peaceful state a bit longer.

    after the session, you’ll receive a follow-up email with intuitive insights, an oracle card, and, if I feel called, little suggestions to help you bring balance to your chakras and integrate the work into your day-to-day life.

    there’s no set number of sessions that works for everyone, but I often recommend a full cycle of 8 sessions for deeper, lasting integration. this steady rhythm allows your system to trust the process and unfold at its own pace. the right number is the one that feels aligned for where you are right now.
